ISO 9000 is a set of standards Quality established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) that can be applied in any type of organization (production company, service, public administration…)
The standard 9001:2000 refers to a Series criteria that define a system assurance Quality. The standard specifies requirements for the system. These criteria are essential to have best business practices, eg:
• Establish goals Quality • Ensure that customer requirements are understood and met
• Train employees
• Monitor production processes
• Resorting to suppliers that can offer a product of Quality • Fix the problems and ensure that does not happen again.
