Heat status change

Latent heat o calor de cambio de estado, is the energy absorbed by the substance to change state, from solid to liquid (Latent heat de fusión) liquid or gaseous (Latent heat de vaporización). When changing from gas to liquid and liquid to solid the same amount of energy is returned.
