Type stainless steel of the Series 300. It is similar to 304, but contains a titanium addition of five times the carbon content; Titanium is added to avoid precipitate chromium carbide during welding or high temperature exposure. La máxima estabilización se consigue con un Annealing en el Rank de 900 at 1000 °C.
It is often selected in the manufacture of containers or structures using more plates 6 mm de espesor donde el Annealing no es práctico.
Este tipo se usa principalmente en el Rank de temperaturas de 400 at 800 °C.
