This set is closed and protected with a reinforced lid; block binding allows a secure connection. In the outer region of a trim plate stainless steel ring that allows proper engagement with the kitchen counter is housed. The heating surface of the plate is protected with a durable lacquer to high temperatures that provides a good resistance to corrosion.
