Our compact electrical steam superheaters facilitate the autonomous, constant superheating of steam. They also attain high steam temperatures with low process pressures. Inside the steam superheater, steam (saturated steam) is superheated directly via electrical tubular heaters. The desired steam temperature serves as the control variable. With a highly varied throughput, the flow signal is, further, integrated in the control concept. In this way the heating capacity is optimally aligned with the process and overheating is avoided. Due to the compact design and control concept the system stands out with its short trigger times, high regulation accuracy and high degree of availability (existing redundancy). In many cases our steam superheaters are designed as stand-alone systems and supplied fully pre-assembled with all necessary safety and control devices. The customer is merely required to establish the process and electrical connections.
