The compact hot water boilers were designed to heat large quantities of water in a constant controlled flow. Hot water boilers with heating outputs ranging from 1 up to 10 MW are suitable as consumers for mains stabilisation, as autonomous hot water generators without local emission sources, and as a means to secure the district heating supply. Your advantage: The hot water boiler can be directly integrated into the district heating mains.
The generation of hot feed water takes place in the hot water boiler, directly via numerous electrical tubular heaters. The electrical energy inside the tubular heaters is converted into heat at the heating resistor. The heating output of the hot water boiler is therefore, available immediately and without a time delay as required. Separate heat exchangers are not required, because no special requirements are applicable to the water quality.
It is possible to utilise multiple hot water boilers in parallel operation.
