for our heaters we plan the entire switching and control system, for installation inside buildings or outdoors. If it is essential that installation take place in potentially explosive areas in zones 1 and 2, we also have the ideal solution for you. All components used are exclusively produced by renowned manufacturers, whilst we can also use brands according to our customers' wishes. The switching of individual power groups takes place either in on / off mode, or steplessly via a thyristor power controller. A combination of both regulation concepts is also possible. In general, the desired outlet temperature serves as a control variable, which is precisely implemented - in particular with the use of thyristor power controllers. In mode "Power regulation", only the power required for the respective operating status is made available. This is always expedient if the available throughput varies dramatically. This avoids overheating or overshooting the temperature. At the same time, this mode enables the implementation of various operating states with a single heater. Actuation generally takes place via an external customer signal 4-20 mA, or via an intelligent temperature controller integrated in the cabinet. Temperature limiters are included for monitoring purposes, which safely switch the heater off in the event of a fault. The switchgear are supplied fully operational. Quick and uncomplicated commissioning is possible, due to 100% functional checking in combination with the requisite pre-setting of all important parameters in our factory. All of our switching and control systems fulfil the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 14/35 / UE and - if applicable - the EMC directive 2014/30 / UE, which we document through the application of the CE mark.
