Electrical oil preheaters are used in all areas where it is necessary to heat, liquefy or maintain the temperature of oil. This may be necessary in tank terminals for example, or in multiple tank systems, or during the transport of oil via pipelines or with locomotive tankers. The preheaters are configured as flow heaters with the requisite output capacity, generally in an explosion-proof design for use in zone 1 or 2. We are also able to optionally supply compact mobile systems for lower outputs. The specific data for the oil product is decisive for the design, along with the pump volume and temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the heater.
