Electrical flange immersion heaters are used in order to maintain the temperature in tanks and vessels. Installation generally takes place by means of a flange connection. The number of flange immersion heaters required for one tank, as well as their output and immersion depth are dependent on the tank size, the medium and the thermal losses. The flange immersion heaters are either equipped with electrical tubular heaters or ceramic heaters. The latter are integrated in a pipe holder and are, therefore, easy to exchange if necessary. Flange immersion heaters are available in our proven industrial quality, also as variants suitable for use in potentially explosive areas classified as zones 1 and 2. Depending on the size and weight of the flange immersion heater, the customer must plan support points for ease of installation and to relieve the strain on the flange connection / heating element.
